Paleo Question
I've been doing Paleo for the better part of the month of April. I find that when I run (it's 30 min sessions running a 5k with cool down and warm up) I'm terribly exhausted. My diary is open, so you can see what I am eating. I'm about 80/20 Paleo.

Kale- What's it like?
