Overhead press
Did I read in one of the threads that a beneficial way to get more power on this lift, as a beginer, is to use the bench? Can't find that post and think I may have imagined it

Bench and overhead press issues

One weight or kettle bell
Hey all, I am in the market for either a barbell or kettle bell to workout with at home or when traveling. What one weight should I get for an all purpose, all over workout? This is meant to supplament what I will do in the gym and I DON'T have room for a full set of weights.

Starting Over
New diet plan; new PT; I am going to lift heavy Calories 1380 Protein 122 fat 25 I'm 46, 5'6", working with PT 30 min 3x a week..... Current weight 204 Wish me luck

How long to warm up...
...before doing weight training? I think it's an accepted fact that one should do weights before cardio. My new trainer wants me to do 10-15 min cardio before weight. I usually get exhausted, frustrated and bored doing that and plunck out when we get to weights..

Post work out protein and meal
OK going to work out with trainer 60 min cardio and some weights. When finished I get a protein shake into me immediately-nothing crazy-basic. I have to meet the boss afterward. I was thinking grilled shrimp or a Fratata (tortilla)(Omlette) Ideas?
