OK ate a good breakfast 2 fried eggs(olive oil) 1 piece wheat toast 9:00am
Lunch antipasto salad: chuncks meat, cheese, celery, hot pepers 12:00pm ; 840 calories left to me
2:30 I am HUNGRY and today is a workout day...So I'm planning a small fruit salad-hand cut no syrup

When I'm done with work out, I'll be too hungry to have just a prtein shake do
