Muscle and Fat...if I build muscle does it kill fat?
I got told that if you build muscle under fat, it does nothing at all or you can't see a difference OR if you do, you look bigger than you started. Is that true? Or if I build muscle does it melt the fat and make you look smaller?

I went to the doctor!
I went to the doctor and got my pulse taken. It was set at 58 beats per minute. The doctor told me it was VERY good because people who work out a lot have pulses in the 50's. I was quite happy.
