I'm not a stress eater...but I wish I was..help?

When I'm stressed, unlike many people, I don't eat. When I'm stressed or unhappy, I get physically ill. I get nauseous, dizzy, and overall sick. I gets to a point sometimes that I can't eat because it won't stay down. Lately, I've been pretty stress-free but last night some things happened and it stirred up the nausea. I do use fitness as an outlet for my stress, but right now, even that isn't helping. It's making me feel worse, in fact. Do you all have any non-exercise related stress relievers?
