Now, I eat pretty well. It's the activity that I need to work on. I used to be pretty damn consistent if I do say so myself, but since work has become so much more demanding, I come home exhausted and don't exercise like I should, despite I stay under my cal limit. I have about 4 more pants sizes to go until i'm at my goal size. So how do I push myself to work through being tired?

I LOVE kickboxing. I do. And if I could, I'd pay to take classes, but I can't so I do it on the TV. Same difference, basically. But how do I keep it consistent? I do strength train, but I think i'm gonna start hitting the gym again than doing it at home because then I'll have a reason to get up.

Kickboxing at home, strength at the gym. Sounds easy and simple, right? It is. I just can't GET myself to do these things because I'm tired from being on my feet for 6 hours (my job won't let us take breaks if you work less than 8 hours). How do I push myself to do it?

It's best for me to get my workouts done in the morning, especially when I bartended and worked Starbucks because after being on my feet for that long I could not make myself get off the couch. Try getting up earlier to do it before work, it's hard to get in the habit but it really does make you feel more energetic all day.
