I honestly have no idea what pant size I wear. I think I'm a 15 juniors, 16 women's. But when it comes to losing inches, how many inches are in a pant size? 1? 2? My mother said 4 inches per pant size...God, I hope not. Anyway, I'm doing 30DS and I'm going on how clothes fit rather than all the measurements. So if I want to get into a size 7-9 juniors or an 8 women's, how many inches would I have to lose to get to that?

I personally would't go off how clothes fit to determine sizing because all makes are different. I would actually be taking my body measurements every 2 weeks or so because even though you make not be loosing where most people want (legs and belly) you are still dropping inches off other parts of your body.

It's generally closer to two inches per pants size, but it depends on the designer, style, material, etc. Most brands have a sizing chart listed online so you might want to check out what your favorite brands think.
