Another 30DS question. And then ANOTHER question.

First question is about 30DS. Is it okay to do the work out a different times each day? Because I did it at 6 this morning, but I'll probably have to do it around 1:30pm tomorrow. Does changing the time of the work out impact your results?

Second question:
What is the difference between exercise and fitness? I tried googling it, and even GOOGLE failed me.

I haven't noticed any difference when Iwork out inthe morning compared to working out in the afternoon. I just started Level 2 of 30DS and sometimes I just couldn't get myself out of bed to do it before work, so I did it when I got home. Although I have noticed that on the mornings when I do it I have more energy for the rest of the day.

On the exercise versus fitness, I have no clue. Lol

I don't think it matters what time of day you do 30DS just as long as you do it. When I did it I very rarely did it at the same time of day and I still got pretty good results.

    Hope this helps
