Anyone ever broken a 2 year plateau?
I've tried different exercise programs. I've tried closely monitoring my food. I can't seem to break through this 2 year long plateau! Any BTDTs with advice?

Hybrid of Turbo Fire with other non-BB programs?
Is anyone doing or planning to do a hybrid with Turbo Fire and other programs (non-BeachBody)? I am looking to possibly combine a few programs since just doing TF isn't getting me the results I want right now. I need some ideas! :smile:

early morning exercisers ?

Why don't I burn as many calories as others?
I am doing Turbo Fire, and there are several of us in a group on FB. They have been posting their daily calorie burns, especially for the HIIT workouts. When did you start seeing the most weight come off or a change in your body? Weak, tired, cranky on cycle 1 of 17DD...suggestions?

If you've been at your goal weight for a while, what kind of weight range do you maintain? What I mean is, let's say your goal weight is 135, and you're there. Do you gain 2-3 pounds and lose them here and there, or is it more like 10 pounds? Just trying to figure something out. Thanks!

Do you think working in the heat burns more calories?

NSV: resting heart rate
I had sinus surgery on Friday, and before the surgery, they took my vitals. The nurse was a bit confused by my resting heart rate of 54. I told him I exercise a lot, and he said that's good. I looked up what that HR means, and it says I am an "athlete". :smile: Awesome!
