Turbo Fire--Can this finally help me lose the last 10 lbs?

I have been pretty well stuck at 150ish for the last 1.5 years. I have already done a hybrid of ChaLean Extreme and Turbo Fire, but after I get back from vacation around August 8, I want to do just straight up TF. I am wondering if this can help me get to my goal weight finally. Can you please share your experiences and results? Also, what was your diet like? I have been slacking off a bit with food which is why I have been stuck the last 1.5 years, I believe. Thanks!


(I am sorry about all the threads about TF and results. I searched the topics already but couldn't really find what I wanted. :smile: )

    I would love to know as well. Today was my 1st TF workout and I loved it. I have 2 weeks left of my ChaLean Extreme/Insanity hybrid and am thinking of swapping some of the Insanity workouts for TF. I love CLX so will probably do a hybrid or doubles of that with TF.

    I bet it would especially if you start doing better with your diet. I've been slacking with my diet too. I'm on week 8 now and I've lost about 6lbs even with slacking (I had about 16lbs to get to my goal weight when starting and I also mountain bike once or twice a week).

    Thank you so much for the reply! I need to add 1-3x running in there too, so I am glad you mentioned other exercise as well. :smile:
