I get extremely sick of repetition in my workouts, which is why I had trouble doing many workout programs that are the same or almost the same for even 2 weeks in a row. I was just researching the aforementioned (see title) dvd, and it looks like it burns a nice amount of calories and is a good workout. My core is my weakest part after 3 c-sections in 5 years. I was wondering if anyone didn't do this program only or just did it maybe 2x/week and saw nice results. If you did other workouts, what else did you do? Anything non-JM? I can only stand so much of her since I've done a lot of her videos.

Thanks!

you should join one of the groups on here to do it with others, it helps to stick to it if you say you will. I am doing the 30 day shred i have 10 days left. I want to do the 6 week 6 pack i might start this week. If you are interested in committing to it then i will do it too. I wanted to quit the 30 day shred a few times but i just went through it because i have always been a quitter and i want to complete something. \plus i wanted to see if the program will give results if followed all the way through.

    Watching this.

I just had my 3rd Csection (in the last 4 years) almost 5 weeks ago, I am starting P90x July 1st to see how that works.. I'm hoping the 'Ab Ripper X" Helps. I also am using it because I too get fed up with the same stuff but each day your doing soemething different so I think it's gonna workout great for me.

I have a number of her dvd;s and 6week6pk is one of them. I do it about 2x/week and alternate with troublezone and metabolism one or I do 20min.turbojam&a20 min jm workout. Your right, it is hard to stick to one workout day after day. I do see results, and i feel good about my workouts too. do not feel like I am missing out on calories burned or results.
Have a great day! hope this helps a bit.

Thanks, ladies! I downloaded the first round off Direct TV, so I figured I would add that into my mix. I am going to do that for core/abs (probably 2x/week), Turbo Fire and running and other dvds for cardio, and add in more strength training. We'll see how it goes.
