I did the Inferno plan right after Christmas, and I had an awful time trying to stay within that calorie range. I am doing it again starting today, and I am upping the calories to 1400ish. I hope that'll help the irritability. For those that have done the Inferno, how did you get by with so much exercise and so few calories? I thought about drinking lots of tea sweetened with stevia to ward off hunger. I am also one who normally does eat back exercise calories. I just need to get these pounds off I've gained the last few weeks.

Also, I was wondering if anyone added more workouts into the Inferno. I thought about adding in 2 strength sessions as well.
I am having sinus surgery next Friday, and I won't be able to exercise for at least 2 weeks. I want to lose some quickly before I can't exercise again for a bit.0
