eat right before bed if exercise right before bed?
Is it okay to eat right before bed if you exercised right before bed? I know there is some controversy or whatever about if it's okay to eat just before bed or not. Sometimes I will exercise (sometimes weights) within an hour of bedtime. Should I eat (particularly protein)? What happens to my muscle if I don't?

How difficult is a half marathon?
I am tempted to sign up for a half marathon on October 24th. I've been running for about a year now, and I've run several 5Ks and one 10K (this past June). I've heard a few places that you don't lose much weight when running distances, say for like a half or full marathon. Why is that? Would running shorter distances and/or intervals be better for weight loss? I plan on running short, long, and intervals, but I was just curious.
