Since I know I can run a 10K,
should I attempt a half marathon now? I ran my first 10K this past Saturday (1:02:07). I was thinking of doing a half in October. Any thoughts? What specifically would I need to do to get from 6 miles to 13 miles in that amount of time? Thanks!

I have a wicking shirt or two, but they're black. I have a 10K race on Saturday. Are there such things as wicking carpris/longer shorts for women? How about looser wicking tanks? Would ****'s have these things?

circuit training question
I am planning on using my treadmill, exercise bike, and stepper tonight in some sort of circuit type training for an hour. Any suggestions on how best to work this? Should I do 10 minutes of each then go back and do 10 more minutes of each? Is that even called circuit training if no strength is involved?

What do you do on your treadmill? What modes/inclines/speeds? Are you a runner or walker? I just got my treadmill, and I wasn't sure what to do with it yet.
