Any guys out there recommend some exercise dvds my husband might like? I don't really want to buy a whole system (i.e. P90X or something), but I would like some other suggestions. What worked for you?

I wish I could help, as I've been doing P90X for the last 5 months, so the question in return is "what DOES your husband like?"

Does he want a sort of weight-lifting-coach-on-video, an aerobic exercise (such as Tae Bo), yoga, etc.? What does he want to accomplish?

The biggest thing he needs is motivation. We have lots of videos, an exercise bike, and a stepper, but actually getting him to do something is the key.

Hmmm. That might need some more in-depth discussion between you and him, possibly. I could be talking out of left field, but if motivation is the ultimate problem, no amount of fancy equipment or awesome videos is going to make him get moving until/unless he wants to.

On some of the other forums I post on, I often see people who've jumped right into P90X, spent the money on the discs and the supplements and equipment.....and still can't convince themselves to put in that day's DVD and work out.
