Apple Crisp Oatmeal

Many of you may have made something like this before, but I was pretty excited about it today. I thought I'd post anyway.
Here's what I used (exactly, but you can vary yours depending on what you have)...
1 package Nature's Path Organic Flax Plus oatmeal
1/2 fuji apple (chopped)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp brown sugar
dash cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and put in microwave for 1:30. It's like apple crisp but without some of the calories.

Carbs 71
Fat 3
Protein 12
Fiber 10
Iron 12
