Treadmill...intervals versus weight loss mode

Does anyone else have these two program options on their treadmills? If so, have you compared amount of calories burned on each one? I have done both, but I haven't worn my heart rate monitor. I was just wondering which would burn more calories. Thanks!

I burn more doing intervals than weight loss because of the changes in elevation of the treadmill. I usually burn abt 50 more calories depending on my speed and how ambitious I am. Some days more depending on my speed but I'm still getting used to doing the treadmill. Hope this answers your question. :flowerforyou:0

My weight loss mode does inclines and changes in speed, so I am assuming I'd burn more with that.0
