40/20/40 eating
So I just started the Insanity program yesterday, and am trying to eat as closely to the included diet plan as possible. This means 40% carbs, 20% fat, and 40% protein. Quick Calorie "Padding"
So throughout the day, whenever I eat something I can't find in the database, or I have to take an equivalent from the database, I add 50-100 calories to my diary, just to make sure I'm not overeating. Insanity calorie intake
So, I did the calculations, and came up with needing to eat 2270 calories a day to lose weight during Insanity... Assuming that I'm eating healthy food (which tends to be less calorie dense), how can I eat that much without feeling stuffed? And how can I lose when I'm eating more than some men eat? :P

Weight Lifting and Appetite
