School starts Jan 10th, so I'm wondering, how much weight could I lose if I ate 1200 a day and stuck to it? (1200 is my calculated goal right now.) And then, how much could I lose if I ate 1000? If you need numbers, I weigh around 204, 5'9". Little to no exercise.

Anyone have an idea for a good replacement for cottage chees
I've been eating 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of pineapple for lunch the past couple of days, but after a while cottage cheese makes me gag, so would anyone have an idea for another dairy option? Why does MFP set protein so low?
Assuming this is right: Then my daily protein goals should be around 75... Why then does MFP set it to 47? This week I'm eating 73, so I was worried it was too much, it's 26 over the limit MFP gave me, but if that quote above is correct I am actually getting a good amount.
