    Why??? Fill up on a salad or something healthy before you go and then have one or two slices at the party. Whatever you eat, chew slowly and really enjoy the flavors. No need to blow it!

    Take a HUGE and FAVORITE Salad with you. Eat ALL of your salad before you eat pizza. Hopefully there is a veggie tray or something, limit your self on the pizza to 2 slices! YOU CAN DO IT!

    Pizza literally is my favorite food. It belongs in its own food group for me!

    Those are awesome ideas, thanks! I'll stop before the party and get a salad or some fruit. Only 2 slices! I can do it!

    Thank you both, I feel like I can do it now, haha. I was just going to not eat at all to make up for inevitably losing it completely!
