So, after you had a tummy tuck, I was wondering if you're able to tone up even more and get the '6 pack' or if your stomach is still the same as when you left the operating table?? I don't want to wate my time doing sit ups, crunches, etc. if it isn't going to make any differences. Any thoughts??

Evil milkshake
I made a big mistake today... :( I ordered a small milkshake from Chick Fil A. It was the new babana pudding one. It wasn't until I got home that i saw it has 780 calories! Lemon water
I've heard squeezing the juice of a lemon into your water will help you lose more weight. I took a bottled water and squeezed 2 lemon wedges, then put the juice and lemon wedges into the bottle. Yuk...lol...any ideas of a way to make it taste better or different amounts of juice to add? Help! :)

5 ft 4.....how thin is too thin?
