Burn360
I just joined Burn360 and I was curious if there was anyone else doing this program. And what you thought of it. Would love to have some support from others doing the same program. Here's to a healthier new year!

Diastis Recti-any one else have this?
So I just found out I have this and all of the exercises I've been doing have been making the muscles worse. Luckily, now I know and I know what I need to do to fix it.

weight loss shakes
I'm trying to jump start my weight loss. I usually go to the gym 3-5 days a week but afternoon snacking is my downfall. I have heard the myitworks items are good and help with cravings and energy. Has anyone tried these or others that they would recommend?

SAHM-How do you avoid snacking all day?
I've been a sahm now for almost 2 years. To me, it is way harder than working was when I was trying to loose weight. When I went to work, I brought a lunch and could only eat what I brought or what I was willing to buy at the vending machine. I was also better about logging since I sat in front of the computer all day.…

Healthy Snacks
Here is a list of some healthy snacks that a co-worker (who is also a registered dietitian) gave me: • Half a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread • Low-sugar, whole grain granola bars that have at least 3 grams of fiber • Whole grain crackers or whole wheat tortilla with hummus or nut butter • A handful of unsalted…

Has anyone used
the Leslie Sansone walking video with weight belt? I just got it and did the 2 mile walk at a 15 minute mile pace. I am not sure how to log this. I wore my HRM and it said I burned 430 calories. This seems really high to me. When I looked in MFP for walking brisk pace it gave me 260 cal. Which do I use? Thanks for your…

Dinners for 1 1/2 people
My husband is about to start traveling a lot for work and I am in need of some easy meals for me and my daughter that don't involve macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets. Its so hard to cook a balanced meal when she doesn't eat very much (she's only 4). I really want to continue making healthy meals for us but I'm not…

HELP!
I got up this morning feeling pretty good. I have been working out everyday (sometimes twice a day) and have been under my caloric goals everyday except once. I got on the scale this morning only to find I had gained back the 3 pounds that took a month to loose. I am feeling like I am starting over. What am I doing wrong?…

Rest vs. exercise
I know its important to let your muscles rest, but for how long? I worked out 5 days in a row so I was going to take today off. Is that enough or should I take another day off? Is it better to rest after 2-3 workouts? Help please!

Breakfast help!
I've been trying to come up with new ideas for breakfast that are healthier and will keep me fuller longer. Today I had 2 scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast and 2 turkey sausage patties. Now it says I have gone over my cholesterol by 177g. I don't know what to do. I felt better all morning and only had a banana for a…

Just joined
I, like many others, saw this on the Today Show and thought I would give it a try. I have done Weight Watchers and just couldn't get commited to their online program. I like the simplicity of this. I am trying to lose about 40-50 pounds on a budget. No gym or fancy diet. I use Wii fit as my workout program but I need to…
