So I just found out I have this and all of the exercises I've been doing have been making the muscles worse. Luckily, now I know and I know what I need to do to fix it.

I did/do, but mine's relatively minor (1 finger separation) & fairly well healed now. I avoided direct abdominal exercises until about 18 months postpartum. I just tried to be very conscious about sucking my tummy in & keeping it tight while lifting weights. I've slowly integrated more ab workouts (both indirect & direct) recently & feel that it's gotten much better.0

I do - mine is huge from having twins. My doctor told me exercise won't fix mine. I either need to live with it or have surgery. Yikes!0
