I'm trying to jump start my weight loss. I usually go to the gym 3-5 days a week but afternoon snacking is my downfall. I have heard the myitworks items are good and help with cravings and energy. Has anyone tried these or others that they would recommend?

Just pick healthier snacks, there is nothing magic about shakes, except for lining the pockets of those selling them.0

This^
Unless you see meal replacement shakes as part of your maintenance plan, skip them.
You will have to deal with snacks sooner or later.0 -

I have used slim fast shakes in the past and they worked for what they are for... Yes a 240 calorie weight loss shake is similar to just eating 240 calories of food, but if it keeps you motivated and keeps you full until your next meal than in my opinion it did its job, it will not "magically" help you lose more weight than if you weren't drinking it, but I think you realize that.0

They're a scam. You can't jump start weight loss. The best thing you can do is track your calories on MFP based on the deficit it gives you and forget any product that says it's going to help you lose weight. They're bunk.0 -
