the Leslie Sansone walking video with weight belt? I just got it and did the 2 mile walk at a 15 minute mile pace. I am not sure how to log this. I wore my HRM and it said I burned 430 calories. This seems really high to me. When I looked in MFP for walking brisk pace it gave me 260 cal. Which do I use?

    just create your own entry and us your hmr readings. That what I do.
  • I would go with the HRM. I think with all the stretching/reaching she has you do you probably do burn those extra calories. Do you like the belt? I read some reviews for it and a lot of people said it was poor constructed and didn't like it much. I LOVE her DVDs though. It's my one month anniversary today and so far I've just been using her DVDs and 30 Day Shred and I'm 22 pounds and 3 inches down! Love Leslie Sansone!
