Afraid of not being able to work out on holiday!
So today is my last day of being able to work out for 7 days as I go on holiday tomorrow. I've done so well! I only have about half a stone left to lose, can now run a 10k under 55 minutes and have some real definition around my stomach arms and legs. Any tips on how to not lose my gains on holiday? Hot weather and weight gain!
Anyone else find they gain weight in the hot weather?! Mini heatwave here in the UK! Gained a pound this week even though I've been under calories every day bar one! Must say I feel quite bloated and swollen in this blazing sun! :-)

Frustrating! Pound on again!
Why is it that sometimes even when we've had a good week and tracked every morsel do we gain? ! I find it happens more and more as I near my target! (Only got 6 pounds to go)! Anyone know why? ! Very disheartened but won't give up! Just fancied a moan really! ! :-)
