Pound on, pound off. .. Aaaargh! !

Hooray I'm down to my last 6 pounds I need to lose! Trouble is I'm on this pound on pound off cycle! ! Really doing my nut in! ! Anyone else experienced this? ! I'm thinking of going on to maintenance for a week then hitting it hard again next week to try and shake things up a bit! Anyone else done this? Any help appreciated! Thank you! :-) xx

    YES!! Gotta shake things up. Change your exercise routing, or maybe detox for a day... (protein shakes or all liquid)
