Under weekly net calorie goal

Hello! I have just noticed I am 2500 calories under my weekly net calorie goal and my average calories per day are under 1200! Does this mean I'm not eating enough?! I am very active and run several miles a week so do burn a ton of calories! I have noticed I'm hungry today but thought I was just greedy!! Lol! I don't really understand it! I find it hard to eat more without feeling guilty, especially as for some reason I have gained a pound this week! Any help or advice please! [ I only have half a stone to lose so am finding it tough anyway]! Thanks in advance!!

Yes, it means you're not eating enough. Try to work on the feeling guilty about eating bit. Food is not the enemy.0
