Lost 33 pounds, pic!
Well, I started my journey in January 2012 with simply 'moving' for 30 minutes every day! Today I work out 4 times a week (minimum) and have trained to run a half marathon, although I did not get to run in the race (BOO!). A HUGE thank you to MFP and all the great peeps I've met along the way. 20 pounds to go! woot woot!

12 hours of testing, poking, prodding, monitoring and gouging at the doctor's today. Spent the first 3 fasting. I am fine (doing a research study) but I just can't bring myself to get out there and do anything else tonight. I honestly need a nap!
