Has anyone had success due to spinning classes?
At this point, I don't exercise at all. I've always wanted to try spinning classes. I've been told you can burn a lot of calories and really tone up from spinning.

I have no clue how to figure out the amount of calories I should be consuming in order to lose 2 lbs a week. Calorie range-pls help!
Mfp suggests I eat 1200 calories daily but I feel that's too low. As you lose weight you're gradually supposed to decrease..how can u go any lower than that? I'm 5'4 & I weigh 204lbs. Suggestions please?

I've never counted calories in my life but I'm ready to start now. What do you eat for breakfast?
