Earliest Memory of having weight problems...
What's your earliest memory of having a weight problem or being told you have a weight problem? Hey everyone! I am staying at a Marriott for a long period of time for work. They offer FREE hot breakfast every morning which is AWESOME because I always feel rushed in the morning. Calories actually burned on elliptical?
So I worked out for 32 minutes/30 level/6 incline. I set my weight in the system to be LESS than I actually am so the calories would be more accurate. Does that make sense? It said I burned 450 calories for 32 mins. If my weight was set higher wouldn't it have said I burned more calories and be a less accurate reading??
