Chinese New Year Party

Office is celebrating Chinese New Year today with some takeout for lunch. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli dish off of the light menu. It doesn't have any sauce, and comes with a veggie egg roll. It also comes with steamed rice, but i don't think I will eat any of that.
How many calories for steamed shrimp and broccoli? There are a few items in the database, but I think they include sauce (garlic, brown...etc.). I will be having my sauce on the side.
Should I try and itemize the meal? Any ideas? THANKS!

you could itemize it if you are trying to be extremely accurate with your calories. personally, i like to have my calorie count in my food diary higher than i think it might be, so i would just choose the one with sauce in it (even if i got sauce on the side), so that i have more leeway when i calculate my net calories. does that make sense?0
