Staying at a hotel that has breakfast every morning...

Hey everyone!

I am staying at a Marriott for a long period of time for work. They offer FREE hot breakfast every morning which is AWESOME because I always feel rushed in the morning. This leads me to only having time for a sugary cereal or some other junk in the AM which makes me even more hungry!

Question is that they have "scrambled eggs" every morning. I usually make a breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. Are these eggs probably powdered eggs?

Is there a difference in nutritional value? Thanks!

I don't know if they are powdered but I've had the eggs at the marriot and they are good, they don't taste powdered.. maybe they are some of both, I'm not sure, maybe you could ask them?! Otherwise I'd just guess high... they also usually have fruit and yogurt!

Yeah I think they taste normal. They curb my appetite. Duh, you are right I should just ask them what kind of eggs they are serving. That would solve the problem!
