My Interval Workout Today

If anyone is looking for an interval workout, I did this one today! My heart rate got up to 180 on the 10 mph minutes. It really passes the time quickly if you are changing the speed every minute or so! Let me know if you ever try it out!

My HRM said I burned about 308 calories for the 30 minutes. I am 5'4 and 129 lbs.0

i dnno if i can run that fast for a whole minute (yet)... maybe only if something was chasing me. I can run at about 5.5 without feeling like im dying but still working out hard for about 5 minutes and then i need a rest.0
