When I weigh in on the full site my calorie goal is adjusted for my new weight roughly every ten pounds. When I weigh in on the app it never changes my calorie goal. Making up for over eating..
On Tuesday night I ate 900 calories over my day. This doesn't happen to me often. I divided it out to make up for it by quick adding 225 calories per day.. Putting me at 1100 for 4 days! The serving size on my ranch bottle is 2 tbsp or 30ml. I like to weigh everything in grams mostly and this is one of the only dips I have seen in ml vs grams. Even my A1 is in grams which is thinner than ranch. Help?

Eff you weekend
For the first time since March the weekend won and I totally derailed! I made the stupid mistake of weighing myself this morning and I am up 3 lbs just from my weigh in Friday! I know I'm retaining all of those bad choices lol but dang it was hard to see. Back on today.

Which entry do you use for chips at a Mexican restaurant? There are so many in the data base and there is no nutritional info for this place. I just recently fell in love with them! The average calories I am finding them to be is 1oz for 50 calories. On my scale 2oz(roughly 57g) looks like a lot! People sometimes say they are high calories but I was actually happy with the amount. Is this the calorie amount you use for them? Thanks:)
