App vs Full site weighing in

When I weigh in on the full site my calorie goal is adjusted for my new weight roughly every ten pounds. When I weigh in on the app it never changes my calorie goal. People on my friends list were unaware of that. So some people using the app are losing 30-40 lbs and never having the calorie goals reevaluated. Has anyone else noticed this? I see it as a big flaw.

yes I noticed that you have to go in and readjust your goals on the app, I don't use the website much, always on my phone.0

There's quite a few areas between the two that don't sync up very well. Another one is my current weight... I weigh pretty much every day, including this morning, which I
updated the app with. Logged in to the website, and my last updated weight was from a week ago. Kinda weird.0 -

I've had this issue too, it wasn't saying when I lost weight or syncing with the app..0 -

That is different. Every once in a while the app stops syncing with the website, which is not the same as the website functionality being different than the app functionality.
Last time the app stopped syncing with the website for me (my wife's phone was still syncing) I had to uninstall/reinstall the app (per MFP's suggestion) and then it worked again. I lost some exercise data, but since those days were long gone I wasn't going to recreate the old exercise logs.0 -

Just did the same thing a couple weeks ago. Also my exercise had stopped syncing with the site (but I didn't realize it). It wasn't posting to my feed anymore. It was more the new weight that wasn't syncing that irritated me. And yes lost all my exercise data over the 2 weeks I was having that syncing issue. I am a nerd though and manually enter the numbers into a spreadsheet (because I like to see averages) so I still had the raw numbers elsewhere. Now everything seems to be working fine again.0
