So last night i decided to goto the gym cause i havent been in a while. i wear my normal sport shirts. this time a T shirt that had a design on it. no big deal. i start by running for 20 min then i start rowing. about 10 min into rowing i star feeling a breeze.... yeah i remember now why i dont wear boxers sigh lol

"you need to give your muscles 72 hours between when you work them out otherwise you work out to much" - some trainer guy at the gym okay ... really no ... no you dont.... there are people all across the world who lift 50 lbs a day for 12 hours straight and dont get to "take breaks" and there are people who run all day…
