Weigh in question
I usually weigh myself all the time. But Monday I weigh myself in the morning after I use the bathroom and log my current weight. Well today a few hours later I was a pound less. I know that's not a huge difference. Does this happen to anybody else?Should I just chalk this up to water weight?

Did MFP update calorie intake?
I just logged in and notice that I had 1000 calories left which wasn't right. Did MFP update the website? My daily was 1360 w/ 3 days of 60 min workout. Am I going crazy or did anyone notice changes?

Burning Lungs/chest

Period Cravings

Corned Beef..Happy St. Patrick's Day

The Biggest Loser
I really enjoy watching the Biggest Loser. They work their butts off! But just watching the weigh ins. One girl has lost 81 pounds in 8 weeks. How is this healthy?? Plus, for someone to lose that much weight so fast can't possibly maintain it. I just don't get it. Any thoughts?

Losing but don't feel it
