3 egg whites
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 roma tomato
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Sprinkle of feta cheese
Sprinkle of fresh or dried dill
Sautee spinach add egg whites. Cook until done. Plate and sprinkle feta cheese
On the side sliced Roma Tomato and cottage cheese sprikle dill on cottage cheese
Total Calories: 232
14 Carbs
5 Fat
28 Protein

That sounds great,,did you enjoy it? I have to say I am a toast and go kind of girl,,coffee in one hand,,toast in the other and I am out the door,,
That might explain why I feel hungry by 9am, my day starts at 5am

i would try this but think I will sautee the spinach and tomato, mushrooms, onion, garlic then add eggs and top with feta cheese and but it on a 100 cal bagel. Cottage cheese is good but rather have some bread for the calories. thanks for the idea.0
