I wanted to know how I log my exercise by walking on a treadmill. There aren't any options other than walking. What should I use?

You can enter it under walking, it doesn't matter if it is on a treadmill. Most of the entries have a number after that corresponds with the treadmill (Walking 4.0mph) is a 4 on the treadmill.0

You can create your own exercises if you like. Then you can make it say 'Treadmill' if you like and enter the time and calories you burn per either a HRM, Treadmill information, or your personal calculations. Does that help?0
