Hi Peepz, NHS in UK recommends that we (humans :D ) should eat at least 5 portions of fruits or veggies a day. Why my HRM gives a high reading
Hey Pals, I recently bought an HRM Polar FT4. The problem is that it usually gives around 1.2 - 1.5 times the reading that machines in the gym show or for that matter what MFP shows. Any ideas why? Hey peeps. Thinking of starting a 100km a month challenge, where we all have to walk, run, crawl, fly (or whatever) cover 100 kms in a month. If helpful/useful, we can then extend it for month after month and maybe do 1000 km a year :) Any takers? Show me your interest and then I will create a group for the motivated souls.
