Any inputs or suggestions please... say for a 5'9" tall person. 30"/32"/34". I know there cant be a perfect size but what is generally fit range? (if any)
Or if you have some sort of calculator etc. that will be great help. Thanks.

Recent research suggests that a waist size of less than half your height is a good target. So for your height, less than 34.5".

Waist size would vary. Use body fat % instead. 10 or even 12% looks pretty lean. 5.x is pro bodybuilder on stage. somewhere in between is still really lean. My current avi pick I estimate 12-13%0 -
I HATE clothes shopping... but yesterday I had to finally break down and get some new jeans... all my current jeans are way too big and have been for awhile.
since I lost so much, i had no idea what size I am.. it doesnt help that mens waist sizing is SUPPOSED to be in inches, but the pants dont always match the actual waist size.
I went to sears and found that the far majority of their mens jeans are sizes 32, 34 and 36... some styles dont go lower then 30, others go to 28, but smaller then that, there wernt any on the shelf... i didnt pay attention to how large they get, but i think its in the 40s somewhere.
also I found that im about a size 33.. some 32s fit, but sometimes i had to get 34s and they're a little loose.. made me happy. havent worn 32s since I was running cross country in high school. lol. also made me realize how loose my current jeans are. my smallest ones were a old navy size 38, and used to be too tight.0
