Zumba or Turbokick?
Hey everyone. I go to teh 24 hour fitness gym and I'm trying to decide which class to try out. What did u guys like better Zumba or Turbokick? does anyoen also know how many calories these sessions usually burn?

the "crap, im fat" moment...
When did u guys have that moment? the moment u realize that ur fat and u should lose weight. i had mines today when i realized my bmi was 25.4 x_X.. arghh

Is it bad if you dont meet iron, calcium, etc goals?
I realized most days i don't meet the goal for calcium,iron, and sodium. Should i be worried about calcium and iron? Usually i just keep track of calories :/

Frying eggss
so usually when i fry eggs i use vegetable oil.. i was thining of switching to a spray btu the onyl one i have is the kind u spray for cooking muffins and what not.. is it okay to use that instead? O-o

Hi im 15 yr old female. im 5'3 and 126 lbs my body fat percentage according to my scale is 28% and my muscle percentage is 38%... is that bad?? whats teh average muscle percentage for someone like me?

Need easy lunches i can bring to school
Hi guys! School is starting in a few days so I was wondering if you guys had any good ideas for lunches to bring? Im looking for something that is nutritous and low calorie(under 400). Oh yea it should also be easy to make or something i can make in advance. I used to just bring PB&J but peanut butter is pretty fattening ><
