Weekends
Anyone else have a hard time on the weekends? I do great at work with the structure of work and packing my lunch but I have a really hard time counting/logging on the weekends. At first I started by *NOT* logging on the weekends, and now I've struggled with backsliding in my habits. I know I just have to renew my…

NSV: My driver's license weight is WRONG
Like most people, I lied about my weight on my driver's license. I was about 225 when it was renewed, and kept it at 200. A few weeks ago, it was right--I was down 52 pounds and exactly 200 pounds. As of yesterday, it's now wrong again--I weighed in at 198. Happy dance time :-)

Exercise
What's everyone doing for exercise this month? I decided to give the 30-day shred a go with a co-worker. Being sick, I haven't been able to start, but have Wed. as a goal date to start. My other goal is to hit 20K steps a day on my Fitbit. Anyone else?

103 days until my cruise
It's time to get really serious again. Starting to count my calories they way I know I need to, eat balanced and healthy, with a little wiggle room every day for a treat to keep me focused on the big prize. I hope to order this dress in a size smaller than I currently am for our cruise:…

NSV: I jogged a mile without stopping
It's taken 48 weeks, and while I started doing the C25K program almost a year ago, I kept getting frustrated with it. So I modified it for me. I'm down 51 pounds this week, and feeling pretty darn proud of myself tonight.

Weird sort of NSV's
After 50 pounds lost, people at work are really starting to notice. The compliments are nice :-) Apparently, the word has gotten out that I'm dieting*, and I had to laugh when a co-worker asked "why didn't you ask Sunny to order pizza with us?" The response was "She's on a diet, didn't you notice she's lost weight?" I was…

Finding NSV's after 7+ months
When you're like me, and have a long way to go, it can be hard to stay motivated. I have yo-yo'ed for many years, with my lowest weight since I was 20 years old being 171 pounds on my 5' frame. Clearly, way too much weight. I miss my 18 year old curvy, 120 pound body. I got to the point where I never, ever thought I'd be…

Motivate me, please
I'm about 120 days into this. I'm past the exciting part and the newness has worn off. How do you keep motivating yourself at this point? I was "off" for a few weeks because of a minor surgery (appendectomy), but have struggled every single day to get my healthy lifestyle mojo back. I miss my mojo!!

Day 90 and completely derailed by appendicitis
This sucks! I'm at that period where I'm between sizes, and the weight is coming off slower now. It's habit, and no longer new and exciting. Then Tuesday night I end up having emergency surgery. Likely this was caught in the very nick of time, as it was already starting to leak. I'm sore, on restrictions--no exercise and…

New to MFP
I just started tracking meals on Saturday. I've been fighting weight issues for nearly 20 years, having lost 60 pounds with Weight Watchers approximately 7 years ago, and then gaining all of it back, plus almost an extra 20 between infertility (IVF), depression, surgery to my foot, and nursing school. I'm walking 3x a week…
