Hi I'm doing 30 day shred at the mo. And after I've finished that I want another challenge. I've ben reading about P90 and P90x. From what I can see I can only get P90x in Amazon (uk). I'm thinking of doing the 30 day slimdown, so I'm just about to order banish the fat and boost the metabolism and no more trouble zones. Is the quick trouble zones on the no more trouble zones dvd? Slow but steady weight loss
