Info for Chalean Extreme pse

Hi I am in the UK and am finding it hard to get Chalean Extreme, I have found somewhere that does ship it, but before I do so I want to know a bit more about it, for example:

How long is each session?

Do I need a lot of space?

And what size weights do I need to go up to?

    The sessions are 35-45 minutes. You don't need much room at all. I use 8-20 lb weights. Chalene encourages you to go heavy on leg exercises because people usually don't push themselves enough. Let me know if you need to know anything else:)

    The above poster is correct...the workouts are 30-45 minutes, though on some days you also add in a 10-15 minute ab workout as well. The schedule utilizes a 5 day/week rotation with two rest days (not back to back) each week. I love the program for it's variety and the fact that it WORKS!

    I workout in my home office space...I have an area that is about 5-6 feet by 8-9 feet in dimension. I could make do with a smaller space.

    You will need weights or resistance bands in a variety of sizes. I use anything from 5-8 pounds for the Burn Intervals workout (low weight, high reps at a faster speed) and between 12-30 pounds for the Burn, Push and Lean circuits. You can also do the program with resistance bands and still get very good results.
