Protein Bar Update
Has anyone heard of/tried Julian Bakery protein bars? The numbers almost seem to good to be true. I do have my favorite flavors. Which have you tried? and do you pick protein bars based on the content of protein, calories, carbs, fiber (net carbs) and of course taste?

FitBit entries vs MyFitnessPal
I just purchased a FitBit and am loving it. Do I still enter my daily exercise in MyFitnessPal as I used to and let FitBit do what it does as well or omit exercise in MFP alltogether? I do know that I only enter food eaten in MFP. TIA

I was under the impression that everyone should aim for a minumum of 25 grams of fiber per day; men even higher.. My fiber goal is set at 14 and no matter what other changes I make to my goals, the fiber number stays the same.. Can I change it manually? Does anyone know the reason for this low number? Thanks.
