What do your calorie reports say
Hi, Just had a look at my calorie report. Total net calories since Monday (inclusive) are 1792 and total without exercise deduction 2418. I don't really feel hungry but and concerned that it may be too little - any thoughts or personal experiences from fellow judders?:happy:

Any tips of getting rid of those love handles?
Any exercise tips anyone? Have a nice flat tummy but am really struggling to get rid of that muffin top/love handles and now they seem to stick out even more! Any success stories of helpful hints greatly appreciated.

Hi, Really trying to get into running and have been doing 10k every other day. Problem is I get terrible blisters. I've changed my running shoes but still get blisters on the inside arch. 25g over on protein allowance?
Hi, Just added dinner to my food diary and 25g over on the protein levels (had wraps and didn't realise made with soya flour!). Still under on calories, carbs etc. Anyone know if this will have any adverse effects?

Advice on strength training needed!!
Hi, After reading all the posts here I think I need to do some strength training. Can anyone advise me whether or not it is better to do more reps with lighter weights or aim to lift as much as possible and keep going for as long as you can? Any advice on this topic appreciated.
