Argh - gaining weight!!!

:sad: Help!

I need to lose a stone and have been breezing along for the past couple of weeks on quite a lot under my target calories. I have lost 4lbs which is not a great deal bearing in mind my calorie intake has not exceeded 800. After reading several threads on 'not eating enough' etc I decided to try and up my intake. I did this for two days but still kept well within my goal. I got weighed this morning to find that I have put on 2lb! I am totally devastated and don't really know what to do next.

When I was younger I did suffer with anorexia and bulimia and am desparate not to head that way again.

As far as exercise goes I am running around 3K per day and walking for about 11/2 hrs - this is all I can do as I have three children to look ,after.
Any thoughts/ideas anyone???
