Camping Trip Not Good for Your Diet!

Argh!!! Took the kids camping for the weekend which invariably resulted in too much wine and too much food! Feeling really guilty now and am back on course today.

Not going to venture anywhere near the scales but was wondering whether it is best to just forget it and move on or cut calories over the next few days to try and even it out. What do you think? I always have 2-300 cals left at the end of the day anyway but wouldn't be difficult to increase the deficit.

Confused, as don't know whether the damage is already done or whether I can save myself?

Any thoughts appreciated

Thanks

Just drink lots of water and stay at it. You might gain a little this week, but it'll be back off before you know it. Surely those camping memories with your kids will be worth it anyway :)

You should open up your food diary so people on this message board can give better advice too! ;)
